Subway Series introduced a whole new line of sandwiches and a simplified ordering process, brand new to the customer. We We developed the outdoor signage & in-store POP featuring the launch of their new National Menus, organic & paid social, Subway.com, eCRM, franchisee tutorial videos, packaging, and more to bridge the new brand direction within the restaurant.
For the first time ever, Subway restaurants will be freshly slicing their deli meats in-store and to push this campaign the team created a visually compelling story to guide the customer through the order process and directing them how to get that delicious sandwich in their hands.
Walden’s brand is real, and raw. It’s unretouched and captures the beauty of a small company supporting a local food system. Walden relies on a sense of community from it’s members to drive it’s marketing direction.
Walden needed a social channel that reflected their brand and point of view. Incorporating in-house content, stories+highlights, UCG, frequent updates and interaction with members, the channel grew to over 10.9K in less than a year (starting at only around 1,200).
